After 15 years working for the largest estate agents and brokerages, I knew that things could be done better. All too often, I heard phrases from would-be home owners like “I could never get hold of my broker” and “there’s no after-sales care”. So, I decided to do something about it.
A friendly chat
We set up a call with one of our brokers for an initial assessment, informing you of which documents you need to gather, such as bank statements and payslips.
Find the property you want to buy
Once you know what you want, we’ll arrange an in-person meeting or virtual call. We’ll share our screen so you can see what we see, running you through all the options so you can be certain you’re getting the best deal possible.
We liaise with your lender
Once your application has been submitted, we’ll be nipping at your bank’s toes, ensuring your case is being progressed. We’ll also regularly check in with you, informing you if the bank needs any more supporting documents, while also being in continuous communication with your solicitor and estate agent.
